Collaborative Coaching
The task of balancing work; family; social committment and personal ambitions is a difficult one for most of us to achieve.
Too often the most important priorities get overshadowed by tasks that seem urgent, or are part of someone else's plan for your life.
You may need the services of a coach when you need to adjust the perspective on the different aspects of your life. You may want to improve your sense of direction; improve your personal effectiveness; or achieve a specific goal.
You may want to learn new ways of thinking, or looking at situations that will give you different and better results.
Collaborative coaching is a method of learning, where you can consider your actions and reactions to your life experiences in an environment that supports and encourages you.
What is Involved?
The coaching process takes the from of a series of conversations that are designed to be of maximum benefit to you.
The focus of the conversations will be your ideas; your objectives and your choices.
The purpose of the conversations is to move you forward in relation to your development and progress.
The coach will help you to see different ways to create the results that you want.
The coach does not provide the answers or give advice.
